Murphy's practice focuses on commercial litigation, particularly in the representation of banks and other lenders, construction companies and several municipalities. Mr. Murphy also has wide experience in "workout" litigation, check fraud and Uniform Commercial Code matters. Mr. Murphy represents a number of construction companies with regard to general corporate matters, as well as dispute resolution and litigation. His municipal representation covers a broad range of zoning and land use issues, as well as general transactional matters. Community involvement is important to Mr. Murphy and he has been appointed Solicitor for the Parking Authority of the City of Chester, Delaware County. Mr. Murphy is a member of the Temple University College of Engineering Board of Visitors as well as the College's Industrial Advisory Committee. He is serving his third four-year term on the Aston Township, Delaware County, PA Board of Commissioners.
